Dollar has a passion for sports medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine, the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine, and the American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine.ĭr. He is board eligible for a certificate of additional qualifications in Sports Medicine. Dollar is board certified in family medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. Dollar recently completed his one-year sports medicine fellowship at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine located on Auburn University’s campus in Alabama.ĭr. Following his military service, he resumed his medical training at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta where he completed his residency in Family Medicine. He went on to graduate school and subsequently medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, GA. He completed his internship at Lewis Gale Hospital Montgomery in Blacksburg, VA, and then he served as Captain in the United States Air Force where he practiced family medicine as a general medical officer for four years. Dollar received his undergraduate degree in biology from Columbus State University in Columbus, GA.
